Go to Sam’s and buy their large package of baby
back ribs press 4 cloves of garlic, a couple teaspoons lemon pepper and cover
with tomato juice. cut ribs into 3rds and cover with garlic and tomato juice.
Bake in oven @ 400* for 1 hr. make sauce with 1
1/2 cups ketchup, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/4 cup
Worcestershire and 1 teaspoon chili powder. bring sauce to boil and reduce to
medium heat and cook 10 min, stirring occasionally. place ribs on your grill
and cover liberally with B-B-Q sauce.
Grill about 5 min on each side place in
aluminum pan and cover and wrap pan in newspaper, will still be warm up to 3
hrs later.
Or do like we do and take a little smokey to
game and cook at tail-gate. Go Gators!!!
