Simply buy some salmon filets (not steaks)
Cut salmon filets into serving portions
Prepare salmon by sprinkling with garlic powder first
then a Mesquite combo seasoning available at BBQ’s Galore.
Place in covered grill at about 350 degrees until salmon
starts to ooze juices. (about 10 minutes)
Serve as is…OR get crazy by adding a Jamaican
Jerk sauce on top!
