2 Pounds of Cubed Steak or Chicken (Best with
Venison)
2 cups of Vinegar
2 tsps of Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire
1 tablespoon of salt
3 Bay leaves
1/2 tsp. of Oregano
1/2 tsp of mint leaves
1 tsp. of cracked black pepper
1 scoop of sugar
1 large onion sliced
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 cup of water

Bring all ingredients except the meat to a
boil, add 3 tablespoons of oil to mixture, let it cool and then pour it over
the meat and let sit for at least 24 hours. (48 or more recommended). Put it
on Skewers with your favorite vegetables and grill. You can eat it plain or on
Italian bread. Best when accompanied with beer.
