5 lbs of uncooked shrimp
1 lbs of red potatoes
2 lbs of pork sausage
8 ears of corn (halved)
8 medium sized peeled onions

Bring 6-8 gallons of water to a boil (I use a turkey
fryer for tailgating) Add 1 tbls of Zatarans Shrimp and Crab Concentrated
seasoning, 4 tbls of salt, 1 tbls Chayenne pepper 1/2 cup of lemon juice.

Once the water begins to boil. Add Potatoes and onions.
Wait 10 mins and add sausage. Wait 10 mins and add corn. Wait 10 mins and add
the shrimp. Shrimp is only in the boil for 3 mins and drain all of the
contents.

Dump onto a table and dig in. Also need various types of
cocktail sauces. Total Cooking time: 33 mins.
