32751; Monday-Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM, or by sending a self-addressed
stamped envelope to the above address.

1. No purchase is necessary.
2. Participants must be 21 years of age or older to win.
3. All contests are open to the general public except for employees,
agents, subsidiaries and affiliates of WQTM, participating sponsors,
their immediate families, and household members.
4. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six-month
period. An individual may qualify & win other seasonal or one-time
contests only once for the duration of the contest.
5. The qualifying contests will begin on Thursday, March 23rd, 2001 and
will run through Tuesday, April 25th, 2001.
6. The Grand Prize will be a new 2002 Subaru WRX. The approximate value
of this prize is $30,000.
7. Qualifying prizes for contestants and finalists will include WQTM –
740 The Team “goodies.”
8. Listeners can register for the contest by attending any or all of
five Subaru WRX Challenge events at Friday’s Front Row. At each
qualifying event, listeners will be allowed to play the Play Station
game – Gran Turismo, competing against the computer, in an attempt to
become the Subaru WRX Challenge City Champ (contest finalist). The ‘City
Champs’ (finalists) will then receive a trip for 2 to Atlanta, including
roundtrip airfare, and 1 night hotel accommodations. The finalists will
then have two opportunities to play Gran Turismo, competing against the
computer. The best score from both attempts will be recorded as that
contestant’s official final score for the chance at the Grand Prize. The
contestant with the best score (fastest time) will be awarded the Grand
Prize. Please note that Sony has not endorsed and is not a sponsor of
this contest and that “Play Station” and “Gran Turismo”
are registered trademarks of Sony Corporation and their marks may not be
used without permission and said permission has not been granted.
9. Contestants should register upon arrival with a designated WQTM – 740
The Team contest official, and will participate on a first come first
serve basis during the scheduled event time. In the event of a tie, the
winner will be determined by random drawing or another means deemed
appropriate by WQTM – 740 The Team contest official. The person
conducting the contest will determine all winners, and their decision
shall be final. The contest will be conducted between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00
p.m on the following nights: March 22, March 23, April 2, April 11,
April 25, 2001. All Orlando based events will be at Friday’s Front Row
Sports Grill at 8126 International Drive, Orlando, Florida
10. All State, Local, Federal and/or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title
fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole
responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize(s) valued at or
over $600 will be issued an IRS form 1099 to report their winnings.
11. All prizes are awarded “as is.” Gifts are nontransferable
and cannot be exchanged.
12. WQTM – 740 The Team shall not be responsible for the failure of
participating sponsors to deliver prizes as promised.
13. All entrants and winners agree that the station, and their
affiliates, shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any
injury, misfortune, or damage to either person or property incurred by
entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest by use or
non-use of any prize received.
14. All non-cast prizes must be claimed in person at WQTM – 740 The Team
business offices from 10AM – 6PM Monday-Friday, and within (10) business
days of winning, excluding holidays. After such time, ownership of said
prize reverts back to the station to be disposed of at their discretion.
The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize. All cash
prize winners will be contacted by the station within 30 days of
winning, to claim their cash prize.
15. Proper identification must be presented to claim prize. Winners will
be asked to fill out a Winner’s Affidavit and Release.
16. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials, as well as the
information contained on or within gathered during the course of entry,
shall become the sole property of the stations to be used at said
station’s discretion.
17. All entrants and winners agree that the station may broadcast or
publish their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any
other likeness, including their voice, recorded or live, for any reason
the station deems necessary without compensation. All entrants further
agree to hold the station blameless and without liability for such
publication, broadcast or use.
18. The station reserves the right to end a contest at any time without
any advance notice to the public.
19. An individual may enter this contest only once a day during the
specified dates in which this game will be played.
20. You do not need to be present at drawings in order to win the
prize(s).
21. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by
fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the station to
disqualify that individual from participating in all current and future
contests and events at the sole discretion of the station, as well as
forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
